SBTE Introductionn & History:

SBTE was founded under the Sindh Ordinance No. XVI of 1970. Before SBTE defunct West Pakistan Board of Technical Education is an authority who’s powered the technical education. After that government of pakistan replace it with SBTE. Now SBTE is autonomous body and responsible to control the matters and functionality of technical and vocational education in Sindh.

SBTE Mission:

SBTE has improve the educational standards and quality last 5 years and developed the educational environment. Now board i monitor, regulate, develop and organize a commercial, industrial rather than wastage of government recourse. All staff working hard to bring new talent on front and remove the illegal and favor system like things. Board have shine the number of students who’s are participating in country development and put their efforts as they can. that is the main goal of government to established SBTE. Government also established a Regional Office at Sukkur in to facilitate institutions and students from upper Sindh.

SBTE Technical Courses/Diploma:

SBTE  offer the diploma in information technology, engineering in different technology, Short computer courses, business management training’s, business handling & workshops, hospitality and sewing costumes. These courses can be earn after the minimum matric & intermediate. Some students goes for FSC & FA and other go for technical education like Civil, electrical, mechanical diploma, I.CO, financing & business etc. Some technical courses can also be earn after 8 class. These courses are small duration & preparatory courses.
